Vela Viento in Dubai
The under-construction 45-storey complex, Vela Viento in Dubai, UAE, is one of the new elite projects by the development company Omniyat. The building’s height will reach 180 metres, comprising two interconnected towers situated on a common podium. The project is situated in the prestigious business community of Business Bay, near Marasi Bay. The completion and handover of the complex are scheduled for the third quarter of 2027.
The exclusive project involves the collaboration of the prominent architectural firm Foster + Partners from England and the design team from Paris, Gilles & Boissier. Management operations will be handled by the Dorchester Collection, a hospitality company operating since 1989.
The new project offers three types of properties:
- Two to four bedroom apartments ranging from 265 to 932 square metres
- Duplexes spanning 932 square metres with four bedrooms
- Penthouses, with areas of 1217–1339 square metres, featuring four bedrooms
The building will have a covered parking area, with each resident receiving two to four assigned parking spaces depending on the number of bedrooms in their residence.
From the luxuriously decorated lobby, residents will enjoy a spectacular view of the Burj Khalifa Tower. The podium will feature various public spaces, including:
- Pools
- Meeting and event halls
- Spa centres
The 21st floor will boast an open terrace with an infinity pool and lounge areas for relaxation and sunbathing by the water. This level will also feature a yoga room and a well-equipped fitness centre.
When purchasing a residence under construction in Vela Viento, the price from the developer starts at AED 20 million (USD 5.4 million).
Vela Viento in Business Bay
The towers will boast a direct access point to the waterfront promenade. Using a special golf cart, residents can reach The Lana hotel in a few minutes, also managed by Dorchester Collection, offering a high-class spa, bar and restaurant.
Due to the complex’s location in the bustling Business Bay district, residents will have easy access to the city’s most popular locations. The building will have an exit to Marasi Drive, ensuring a mere 5-minute drive to the central community of Downtown Dubai, home to the largest mall, Dubai Mall, the famous musical fountain and the legendary Burj Khalifa skyscraper.
